Create Client Agreements

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is entered into between:

RTO Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 60 118 471 226), a proprietary limited company, of McGregor-Goodwin Family Trust, Trustee for RTO Consulting Pty Ltd ("the Consultant")

and

("the Client")

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Consultant will assist the Client with the preparation and set-up materials necessary to apply for registration as an RTO with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

The Client intends to deliver the following qualifications or units of competence:

3. PAYMENT MILESTONES

Payment is structured in three stages:

• Stage 1 (Onboarding): Due upon execution of this Agreement —
• Stage 2 (Preparation & Documentation): Due by —
• Stage 3 (ASQA Submission): Due upon ASQA application submission —

If the ASQA application has not been submitted within 12 months of this Agreement date, an additional charge of 20% of Stage 3 will apply.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client will:

• Provide accurate legal entity, ABN and business registration details
• Supply all requested information, documentation and materials in a timely manner
• Review and approve all documents prepared by the Consultant
• Maintain communication with the Consultant throughout the engagement
• Pay all invoices by the specified due date

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Consultant's liability under this Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client. The Consultant is not responsible for the Client's application outcomes, ASQA decisions, or any consequences arising from the Client's use or misuse of prepared materials.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all fees paid are non-refundable.
