How this works. While a document is In review you can open a view-only preview to read and approve it — downloading and printing stay disabled, and the preview is watermarked. Once you approve it the document locks and RTO Consulting is notified. The clean, downloadable files unlock once your project is complete and paid in full. RTO Consulting always extracts the finalised pack from the back end for ASQAnet, so your submission is never blocked.
